1. Services

PowerSteam provides professional steam cleaning, deep cleaning, and restoration services for residential and commercial properties. Specific services, availability, and pricing are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

All services are performed in accordance with industry standards and best practices. While we strive for excellence in every job, results may vary based on the condition, age, and material composition of surfaces being cleaned.

2. Booking & Appointments

• Appointments require advance notice and are subject to availability
• A valid contact number and address are required for all bookings
• You may be asked to provide a credit card to hold your appointment
• You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the areas to be serviced
• Please remove fragile items and valuables from treatment areas before our arrival

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the estimated service cost. No-shows will be charged the full estimated service amount.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the completion of services unless otherwise arranged
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, and electronic payments
• Commercial clients may be eligible for net-30 invoicing with approved credit
• Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the results of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.

The guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, stains that cannot be removed, or damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

6. Liability & Limitations

PowerSteam maintains general liability insurance. Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or conditions on surfaces or items
• Loss or damage to personal property not related to our cleaning services
• Consequential or incidental damages, including loss of use or business interruption
• Results affected by environmental factors, product interactions, or improper aftercare

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PowerSteam and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or contractors

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which services are performed.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
